Mustafa is the Asset Intelligence Coordinator at BlueScope Steel. He is working nationally across the Australian manufacturing sites as part of the lead digital team within BlueScope’s global footprint.
Mustafa operates at the intersection of SAP, digital inspections, and connected field worker solutions, where he has successfully addressed one of the most persistent organisational challenges: change management and business process adoption.

His focus is on practical, structured implementation—replacing paper‑based practices with SAP‑integrated, mobile workflows that frontline teams can adopt, sustain, and embed at scale.
He is passionate about pragmatic digital transformation that delivers real value, empowers frontline teams, and embeds asset intelligence across operations.

With a career grounded in frontline Asset Maintenance and Operations, Mustafa began as a Mechanical Fitter, later continuing his studies in Mechanical Engineering, during his roles as a Mechanical Specialist, Detail Planner, Asset Strategist and reliability engineering over an 15 year period. This breadth of experience provides strong insight across the asset lifecycle—from field execution and job planning to maintenance strategy and governance.
