After 21 years as an SAP customer working in Asset Management at a water utility managing critical infrastructure, and keeping her daughter alive for 18 years, Vicki has executed her Grand Plan to quit the secure government job and go freelance consulting now that crazy mum life is over. She was an early adopter of S/4HANA and Fiori going live in 2020 and pioneered SSAM, GEF and ASPM (sort of) in Australia. As Business Process Lead and Level 1 support for everything EAM, she oversaw all continuous improvement and personally triaged every single ticket since S/4 go live - if there was a bug, defect or PICNIC error, she saw it and resolved it. As a consultant, she is passionate about sharing her experience as advocate and guide for the customer and aims to be the consultant she wanted to work with.
