With over 15 years of experience delivering SAP solutions across Sales & Distribution, Finance, Procurement, eCommerce and Claims, Kelly brings deep functional expertise and a strong track record of translating complex business requirements into robust, user-friendly solutions.
Currently at Zespri International, Kelly has played a key role in high-profile SAP S/4HANA initiatives, most recently leading the functional design of a Claims modernisation programme — incorporating Camunda process orchestration, AIF microservices and a rules engine to significantly improve performance, useability and reduce errors.
Prior to Zespri, Kelly spent nearly five years at Ballance Agri-Nutrients, delivering integrated SAP ERP, Hybris and CRM solutions, including innovative digital and eCommerce platforms. Earlier experience at Livestock Improvement Corporation further strengthened a solid foundation in SAP Finance and system implementation.
Kelly holds ISTQB and ICAgile certifications and is passionate about continual learning, knowledge sharing, and maximising the value organisations derive from their SAP investments.
