He specializes in upstream logistics, SAP-driven process standardization, and supplier collaboration, with a strong focus on inventory reduction and cross-factory alignment.

Mateusz works closely with manufacturing sites across Europe and the United States, leading initiatives spanning SAP Business Network, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, and end-to-end logistics integration. He holds an Executive MBA, combining deep operational expertise with a strong strategic and business perspective.
