Lara Meyers is a senior Business Architecture and transformation practitioner with around 30 years’ experience across business process management, operating model design, enterprise transformation, and operational improvement within complex organisations.
Lara has worked across SAP-enabled transformation environments since the early evolution of BPM and enterprise process modelling, including early process mining initiatives in supply chain environments and, more recently, Procurement and Invoice-to-Pay transformation initiatives. She brings a pragmatic perspective on how process mining can support operational transparency, performance improvement, and strategic decision-making.
