Dee is a passionate procurement professional with more than 40 years' experience across various agencies in the Queensland Government.
In her role of Chief Procurement Officer for TMR, Deanne has worked tirelessly on improving the procurement function and driving significant change to position TMR as a procurement leader.
Deanne also spearheaded an ambitious program to enhance collaborative procurement and enable the delivery of government priorities through TMR’s significant infrastructure category which was delivered late 2025. This work will enhance procurement and contracting practices towards a 'collaboration as standard' approach to deliver better outcomes for Queensland and support a sustainable infrastructure industry.
Dee’s current focus is simplifying, standardising and digitising the departments procurement function to align with TMRs ambition of modernising and optimising corporate.
