Speaker Bio
I’ve always believed technology matters most when it delivers a measurable business outcome.
My career has taken me across enterprise technology, cloud, application delivery and marketplaces, working with customers and partners to turn technical capability into something that can be adopted, scaled and ultimately deliver commercial value.
Today, my focus is on helping partners build and grow routes to market around AI and cloud. That means working across the technical and commercial sides of the equation: shaping solutions, thinking through architecture and security, understanding how they operate at scale, and then helping partners take those solutions to market through cloud marketplaces.
AI is changing more than the technology stack. It is changing how software and services are built, delivered, consumed and monetised. I’m particularly interested in what that means for ISVs and services partners, and how AI, agents and cloud marketplaces come together to create new business models and routes to market.
My background as a business owner continues to influence how I approach technology. I tend to start with the business problem and work backwards, rather than starting with a product.
I enjoy working with people who are building something, challenging assumptions and helping turn a good technical idea into a scalable business opportunity.
