James is Head of Sales for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia at Syniti, where he leads the growth of its software and consulting services. He works with customers and partners to tackle complex data challenges, including migration, governance, quality and master data, and turn data into measurable business results.

James has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, including senior leadership roles at IBM and SAP. He has led sales teams across multiple countries and brings a practical perspective on turning data strategy into action.
