Aman is HR Director for Customer Experience, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement at Nutrien, working at the intersection of technology, people and business transformation. With a strong focus on HR analytics and insights, she helps leaders make better-informed decisions while advancing an AI-led automation strategy designed to improve productivity, strengthen global compliance and make HR systems more accessible. Aman also supports the adoption of emerging technologies, including generative AI, to improve operational efficiency and create a better employee experience across Nutrien’s international workforce.
