Hein Wagner is a South African adventurer, international keynote speaker and former SAP developer who has been blind since birth. His early career in SAP gave him firsthand experience of the technology industry and the determination required to challenge assumptions about what people are capable of achieving.

Hein has completed an Ironman, run the Antarctic Ice Marathon, competed in the gruelling Cape Epic mountain-bike race and sailed from Cape Town to Rio de Janeiro. He also holds the World Blind Land Speed Record, reaching 322.52 kilometres per hour.

Today, Hein speaks to audiences around the world about courage, resilience and turning obstacles into opportunities. With warmth, humour and remarkable perspective, he encourages people to challenge perceived limitations and recognise what becomes possible when they approach uncertainty differently.
