Starting in IT at a young age, Ash comes from the world of game development, working on the Need for Speed, FIFA and NBA titles. Rising through the ranks of various Canadian government organizations, she was a key contributor on both the winning technology and security plans for the Vancouver-Whistler and Paris Olympic Bid Committees. Moving to datascience, she created an LLM based Goaling model for +15,000 Sales team covering $52 Billion in Sales targets. Her recent work at Cisco and then at One NZ has focuses on Security Uplifts in large complex organisations. An avid sport fan, Ash has spent much of her free time competing internationally in various obscure sports including ultimate frisbee, outrigger, adventure racing and three day eventing.
