Sandeep (Sunny) brings deep expertise across supply chain, systems engineering, and Defence transformation programs, including ERP and continual improvement initiatives for the Australian Defence Force and its partners. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Chartered Professional Engineer, he lectures on agile thinking and organisational excellence at both military and civilian institutions. Recognised as a Fellow of Engineers Australia, Sunny is also a published problem-solving innovator, mentor, and STEM advocate, awarded Victorian Father of the Year in 2018 for his community leadership.
