Sharing our journey (the good, the bad and the ugly) of rolling-out SuccessFactors People Stories to meet CS Energy’s reporting and analytics requirements. In mid-2024, we were advised by our Support Partner of SAP SuccessFactors’ intent to deprecate SuccessFactors Report Centre. As a result at the commencement of 2025, our team embarked on a learning journey to learn People Stories to slowly replace our Table/Ad Hoc Reports, Canvas and Tiles & Dashboard templates with People Stories, to ensure our reporting capability continues to meet business (e.g. headcount and workforce reporting) and regulatory (e.g. SOCI compliance) reporting requirements. Key Learnings: - What drove the decision to implement SuccessFactors People Stories as a reporting and analytics solution - How the rollout unfolded, including key outcomes, dashboards delivered, and lessons from the field - What comes next to extend and embed the benefits of People Stories across the organisation
