Norman Alimagno is a seasoned Master Data Management (MDM) professional with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, MDM tool implementation, Data Migration, and ERP implementations.

He is currently the Director, Master Data Services & Solutions at Go Global Business Services, Inc. (The Gokongwei Group Shared Services), where he pioneered the establishment of the Master Data and Data Security Management Organization within the JG Summit Conglomerate. In this role, he developed governance frameworks, implemented data quality management practices and policies, introduced a master data request tool to streamline operations and strengthen data security, and led SAP ECC to S/4HANA implementations.

Prior to this, he served as Regional Master Data Manager for AMEA at Bacardi-Martini and as Global Data Services Group Manager at Coca-Cola Bottlers. Across these organizations, Norman led end‑to‑end Master Data Management initiatives, driving data governance and data quality improvements, delivering MDM tool implementations, spearheading multiple SAP ERP transitions, and optimizing data migration processes for global operations.

Norman holds an MBA and has earned several professional certifications, including ITIL, Six Sigma Green Belt, and an Advanced Diploma in Global Business Services (GBS), and is currently pursuing the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) credential.
